About the Role
We are searching for a motivated and detail-focused Junior Project Manager to become a vital member of our expanding Project Management team. This position suits someone early in their project management career who is enthusiastic about problem-solving, steering multiple projects, and collaborating across different teams. Early on, team members receive 3 to 6 months of comprehensive training on our technology, systems, and workflows, including shadowing experienced colleagues to deepen understanding of our clients and offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery by planning, tracking, and coordinating tasks.
- Develop and update detailed project schedules, milestones, and task trackers.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional groups to keep projects on track.
- Organize project meetings, document outcomes, and ensure follow-up on action points.
- Continuously monitor project progress, highlighting risks, obstacles, or changes to scope.
- Provide timely status updates to both internal teams and leadership.
- Maintain thorough and current project documentation.
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes for better efficiency.
- Gather and analyze project data to compile reports for leadership.
- Assist in resource allocation and prioritizing tasks across multiple workstreams.
- Work with teams to meet deadlines, uphold quality standards, and fulfill business goals.
- Support change management efforts during the rollout of new initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Must reside physically in the United States; visa sponsorship and remote work from abroad are not available.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, management, operations, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and proficient time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail paired with keen problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or Trello.

- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or blended project management frameworks.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
- Knowledge of methodologies aimed at process improvement.
- Proficient in managing project timelines and scheduling.

- Experience with documentation and enhancing workflows.
- Skilled in facilitating meetings.
- Optional: CAPM certification or ongoing work toward PMP certification.
