Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated recent graduate or early-career professional eager to grow a career spanning project management, business analysis, delivery operations, and account planning. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, inquisitive, innovative, and proactive, able to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and delivery leads in monitoring project milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
- Support business analysts by collecting, organizing, and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and meeting notes.
- Create status reports, summarize meetings, track action items and RAID logs, and prepare updates for leadership and clients.
- Coordinate meetings, manage agendas, follow up on tasks, and gather stakeholder feedback across multiple teams.
- Contribute to intake management by reviewing incoming requests, obtaining missing details, and monitoring progress.
- Help with capacity planning, resource tracking, onboarding, role assignments, and visibility into project demands.
- Support account planning by maintaining trackers for accounts, opportunity pipelines, client priorities, delivery highlights, case studies, and upcoming demands.
- Assist in preparing presentations, governance documents, executive updates, proposals, and discussion notes for client meetings.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for process improvement, automation, reporting enhancements, and efficiency gains.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, governance meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Foster strong professional relationships with internal teams and clients through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Bring innovation, creativity, curiosity, and personal accountability to enhance project execution, communication, and account planning methods.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or junior professional with background in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience from academics, internships, co-ops, volunteer roles, projects, clubs, case competitions, or personal endeavors involving coordination, analysis, planning, or stakeholder communication.
- Excellent organizational ability to multitask, follow-up proactively, and manage details precisely.
- Strong communication skills to concisely summarize discussions, document actions, and produce clear updates.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles, business analysis, Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Analytical problem-solving skills to identify gaps, raise relevant questions, and escalate risks or blockers appropriately.
- Interest in areas such as account management, client relations, delivery governance, consulting, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, automation, and technology delivery.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm through creative projects, leadership experience, innovation initiatives, process improvements, presentations, automation experiments, AI projects, or proactive learning.
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Attention to detail, ownership mentality, and eagerness to learn rapidly.
- Additional interest in financial services, digital banking, quality engineering, cloud computing, AI, automation, or enterprise delivery is advantageous.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
Salary ranges roughly between 50000 and 80000 CAD annually, depending on individual circumstances. The position is hybrid, requiring physical presence in downtown Toronto or client offices at least two days per week, subject to adjustment.
