  • Prepare presentations, status updates, and decision-making materials for both internal and external discussions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and tools used in Market Management.
  • Gain exposure to strategic topics related to international market steering and customer experience.

What we are looking for

  • A completed university degree or comparable qualification in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Initial professional exposure to project management, marketing, or account management, for example through an internship or student role.
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for basic analysis and tracking.
  • Nice to have: first experience with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence for task handling, documentation, and coordination.
  • A structured, dependable way of working with the ability to stay on top of several topics at once.
  • Strong sense of prioritization and organization.
  • Very good communication skills in both German and English.
  • Interest in international collaboration and fast-moving project environments.
  • Awareness of information security and a solid understanding of secure handling of information.

What we offer

  • Personal mentoring and digital onboarding sessions to help you get started smoothly.
  • Development opportunities through an internal campus program, optional language courses, and regular coaching sessions.
  • Flexible working hours, mobile office options, and job-sharing models so you can adapt work to your life.
  • Regular after-work gatherings and team events, including virtual options when needed.
  • A broad sports offering plus mobility support through company bicycles and e-bikes or e-bike leasing.
  • A modern office in Munich’s creative district with convenient access.
