Position overview
The MARCOM ENGINE, part of the Serviceplan Group, is looking for a Junior Project Manager (all genders) in Munich for its Market Management team. This is a full-time on-site role, available as soon as possible.
Your role
- Support the coordination of international marketing and communications projects for a global automotive client across multiple markets.
- Work closely with local market teams, internal specialist departments such as Strategy, Creation, and Data, as well as external partners.
- Help manage project workflows from the initial briefing through coordination and alignment to final rollout.
- Monitor timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, and ensure consistent follow-up with all stakeholders.
- Maintain smooth information exchange between the central hub and European markets.
- Prepare presentations, status updates, and decision-making materials for both internal and external discussions.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and tools used in Market Management.
- Gain exposure to strategic topics related to international market steering and customer experience.
What we are looking for
- A completed university degree or comparable qualification in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Initial professional exposure to project management, marketing, or account management, for example through an internship or student role.
- Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for basic analysis and tracking.
- Nice to have: first experience with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence for task handling, documentation, and coordination.
- A structured, dependable way of working with the ability to stay on top of several topics at once.
- Strong sense of prioritization and organization.
- Very good communication skills in both German and English.
- Interest in international collaboration and fast-moving project environments.
- Awareness of information security and a solid understanding of secure handling of information.
