Key Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, XING, and other modern recruiting channels
• Initiating phone contact and cultivating long-term relationships with professionals and executives
• Conducting interviews and qualification discussions to assess candidate suitability
• Advising candidates throughout their entire career journey
• Supporting the placement process for diverse client projects
• Building own professional network and progressing towards becoming an independent recruitment consultant

Candidate Profile

• Completed Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably recent university graduates
• Consistently strong academic results and a straightforward CV
• Strong enthusiasm for sales and persuasion
• Enjoys telephone communication and actively engaging others
• Ambitious, goal-driven, and eager for personal growth
• Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken
• Personal drive and ambition to excel in sales valued beyond grades
