Role overview
LYNX is seeking a junior online marketing professional who is enthusiastic about digital campaigns, the German audience, and the financial services space. In this full-time position, you will be part of an international Demand Creation team and help drive marketing and content initiatives for active retail investors across several European markets.
The role is well suited to someone who wants to grow in an international marketing setting and enjoys working across content, campaign delivery, website improvements, and analytics.
What you will do
- Help execute international marketing campaigns.
- Build and improve pages in WordPress.
- Contribute ideas for better user experience and conversion performance on landing pages.
- Assist in coordinating campaigns across multiple markets.
- Use GA4 and heatmap insights to spot areas for improvement.
- Partner with colleagues in content, design, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Operate in an agile marketing setup.
Who you are
LYNX is looking for someone who is practical, motivated to learn, and comfortable working in an international environment.
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline.
- You are fluent in German, both written and spoken.
- You have a strong command of English, both in speech and writing.
- You have worked with WordPress or other page-building tools.
- You are comfortable with data-led work and have used, or want to learn, GA4 and heatmaps.
- You have an interest in user experience and conversion optimization.
- Experience with agile ways of working is preferred.
- Email marketing experience is an advantage.
- Social media experience is an advantage.
- Interest in the financial sector is an advantage.
