About the Role
Join a dynamic small team led by Esref Yalcinkaya, focused on delivering smart solutions for medium-sized businesses. This role involves direct collaboration with the CTO, providing a unique opportunity to quickly take ownership and see the tangible impact of your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Odoo modules including CRM, Accounting, Sales, Inventory, and Subscriptions.
- Create document layouts compliant with DIN 5008 standards, generate reports, and handle localizations.
- Develop and maintain n8n workflows and API integrations to automate processes.
- Document, analyze, and improve business processes through standard operating procedures.
- Support workshops, data migration efforts, and client training sessions.
- Provide daily project support to enable smooth operations and increased project delivery.
Qualifications
- Initial experience with Odoo or other ERP/CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes and basic commercial knowledge.
- Basic skills in APIs/JSON, SQL, and automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Fluent German communication skills for customer interactions and good English for documentation and tools.
- Self-motivated, organized approach with enthusiasm for taking responsibility in a small team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Odoo Studio and Report Designer.
- Familiarity with German accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Docker/Docker Compose, Linux basics, and Git version control.
