Role Overview
The team is seeking a highly organised and driven Junior / Mid-weight Producer to help deliver photoshoots, video productions, brand events, and digital content. This position sits within the in-house Production team and involves supporting projects from the earliest planning stages through budgeting, on-set execution, and post-production.
You will work closely with Creative, Design, Marketing, Press, and external collaborators to make sure each output matches the brand standard and creative identity. The role suits someone with early to mid-level production experience who wants to take on more responsibility and build their skills in a busy creative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Help deliver a variety of projects spanning stills, motion, events, and digital content.
- Contribute to production planning, including timelines, schedules, and overall project structure.
- Monitor budgets and help keep costs under control across assignments.
- Partner with internal teams to define project scope and collect requirements.
- Spot potential issues early and raise concerns when necessary.
- Source and coordinate external suppliers such as studios, crew, hair and makeup, stylists, and locations.
- Support freelancer booking and availability management.
- Brief outside partners clearly and make sure key information is understood.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and freelancers.
- Provide support on set or on site to help productions run smoothly.
- Assist with timing, scheduling, and issue resolution during shoots or events.
- Help keep communication aligned between creative, talent, and production teams.
- Ensure production elements are prepared and coordinated ahead of delivery.
- Support post-production activity, including workflow coordination and feedback management.
- Help organise asset delivery and track deadlines through to completion.
- Assist with production wrap, including cost tracking and invoicing support.
- Maintain organised production records, trackers, and schedules.
- Support process improvements and better ways of working across the production function.
- Provide general assistance wherever needed within the production team.
- Build knowledge of production best practices through hands-on delivery.
Experience and Skills
- Between 1 and 4 years of production experience, ideally in fashion, content, advertising, or events.
- Some background in supporting or running projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong planning, organisation, and time management abilities.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Interest in creative production and storytelling.
- Comfort working in a busy environment with several tasks at once.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
