Job description
About the Role
Join a fast-growing global fintech business in West London as a Junior Marketing Executive. This on-site position offers a broad mix of creative, digital, and commercial marketing work. You’ll contribute to copywriting, campaign creation, data analysis, and visual content production while gaining hands-on experience and making an early impact in a dynamic financial services environment.
What You’ll Do
- Create and refine persuasive content for a range of channels, including social media, email, websites, advertising, and thought-leadership materials.
- Help shape the company’s tone of voice and messaging so the brand stands out clearly in a competitive market.
- Turn technical financial subjects such as FX, international payments, and market activity into clear, engaging content for non-specialist audiences.
- Assist with the development of branded visual materials for digital and print use, collaborating with designers or using tools like Canva and Adobe.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, social-first content, and visual storytelling, bringing a strong point of view to creative work.
- Support brand consistency across all marketing outputs so the business presents a confident and cohesive image.
- Help manage and improve both paid and organic channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
- Monitor campaign results and marketing performance, then translate findings into practical suggestions for improvement.
- Use analytics tools to better understand audience behaviour, channel effectiveness, and return on investment.
- Assist with planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
- Work closely with teams such as Sales, Product, and Trading to keep marketing aligned with business goals and launches.
- Juggle several projects at once while staying organised and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related subject is preferred, though it is not essential.
- Open to strong graduates from any academic background.
- Interest in financial markets, FX, or fintech is important, even if you are not yet an expert.
- 6 to 12 months of practical marketing experience, whether gained commercially or through building your own channels.
- Comfort using AI and modern creative tools such as Claude and Canva, with an interest in automation.
- Fast learner who can connect ideas across disciplines and quickly understand the bigger picture.
- Creative thinker with original ideas and an eye for effective marketing.
- Confident working with data, spotting patterns, and using evidence to guide decisions.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to take ownership and contribute from day one.
- Commercially aware and interested in how marketing supports business growth.
