Role overview
We are looking for a driven Junior Market Research Analyst to contribute to research projects and turn data into insights that help guide business choices. In this position, you will help collect, review, and interpret market information to uncover patterns in customer behavior, industry movements, and business potential.
Key responsibilities
- Collect relevant market information from multiple sources and organize it for analysis.
- Study market patterns, customer actions, and competitor activity to identify useful findings.
- Build reports, slide decks, and concise research summaries for internal use.
- Support the creation of surveys and help gather customer feedback.
- Keep research records, databases, and supporting documents accurate and up to date.
- Work with marketing and business teams to back strategic planning efforts.
- Track changes in the industry and share practical insights with stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Any prior exposure to market research, analytics, or a closely related role will be an added advantage.
- Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical abilities are important for this role.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, Excel, and analytical software/tools is required.
- You should be able to communicate ideas clearly and present findings effectively.
- The role requires the ability to handle several tasks at once and stay on schedule.
