Role overview
We are looking for a proactive Junior Market Research Analyst to help drive research efforts and turn data into practical business insights. In this role, you will support the collection, evaluation, and interpretation of market information to uncover patterns in the market, understand customer needs, and spot new business opportunities.
What you will do
- Collect market data from a range of sources and organize it for analysis.
- Review market movements, buyer behavior, and competitor actions to identify trends.
- Build clear reports, slide decks, and written research summaries.
- Help create surveys and gather feedback from customers.
- Keep research files, records, and databases accurate and up to date.
- Work alongside marketing and business teams to support strategic projects.
- Track industry changes and share practical recommendations based on findings.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- Some prior exposure to market research, analytics, or a similar area is an added advantage.
- Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical ability.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Good written and verbal communication, along with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to juggle several tasks at once and work within deadlines.
- Careful attention to detail and a solid approach to research.
