Role overview
The organization is hiring a Junior Market Research Analyst to help drive research projects and turn market data into practical insights for business decisions. In this role, you will support the team by gathering information, studying trends, and helping identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Collect market information from a variety of reliable sources.
- Study market movements, customer patterns, and competitor behavior.
- Draft reports, slide decks, and concise research summaries.
- Support the creation of surveys and the collection of customer feedback.
- Keep research records, databases, and supporting documents organized and accurate.
- Work with marketing and business teams to support strategic plans and initiatives.
- Track developments within the industry and share useful, action-oriented insights.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Prior exposure to market research, data analysis, or a comparable field is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical judgment and critical-thinking ability.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Good written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once and stay on schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and solid research skills.
