Position Overview
We are looking for a driven Junior Market Research Analyst to help power research efforts and turn raw market data into practical business insights. In this role, you will support the team by collecting information, studying trends, and identifying customer preferences and growth opportunities that can inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect market information from a range of reliable sources.
- Study market movements, consumer behavior, and competitor actions.
- Create reports, slide decks, and concise research summaries.
- Help build surveys and gather customer feedback.
- Keep research records, databases, and supporting documents organized and up to date.
- Work closely with marketing and business teams to assist strategic projects.
- Track industry changes and share useful, action-oriented findings.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a similar area is preferred.
- Prior exposure to market research, data analysis, or a comparable function is a plus.
- Good analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate information critically.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, Excel, and data analysis software.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to juggle several tasks and work within deadlines.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong research ability.
