Role overview
We are hiring a motivated Junior Market Research Analyst to help drive research efforts and turn data into practical business insights. In this role, you will contribute to the collection, review, and interpretation of market information to uncover trends, customer preferences, and commercial opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Collect market intelligence from a range of sources and organize the findings.
- Study market patterns, buyer behavior, and competitor movements.
- Create reports, slide decks, and concise research briefs for internal use.
- Support the creation of surveys and the gathering of customer feedback.
- Keep research files, databases, and supporting records accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with marketing and business stakeholders to support strategic projects.
- Track industry changes and share insights that can guide action.
Candidate profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Prior exposure to market research, analytics, or a related function is beneficial.
- Strong reasoning skills and the ability to think critically.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, Excel, and analytical tools.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to juggle several tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- Careful attention to detail and solid research capability.
