Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact providing 1st and 2nd-level technical support, resolving practical IT issues for staff members.
  • Maintain operational IT systems including installation, configuration, and management of client devices, notebooks, and mobile equipment.
  • Handle user account and permissions management across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and other corporate IT systems.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and advancement of IT systems and cloud infrastructure.
  • Participate in small IT projects, prepare documentation, and assist with automation and programming tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed IT-related vocational training or equivalent skills.
  • Initial experience in IT support or system administration roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and preferably Microsoft 365.
  • Interest in cloud technologies, automation, and modern IT infrastructures.
  • Organized, self-reliant working style with enthusiasm for solving technical challenges.
  • Strong team spirit, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in both German and English languages.
