Key responsibilities
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Maintain and support servers.
- Ensure the backup concept is carried out reliably.
- Set up new IT workstations.
- Provide training and support to employees.
- Handle the locking system, including key administration.
- Monitor heating and air-conditioning systems and resolve issues.
- Assist with IT security and data protection tasks.
Required qualifications
- Completed degree or vocational training in IT, or an equivalent qualification.
- Practical knowledge of Business Central is an advantage.
- Experience with an ERP or merchandise management system, ideally GSD software.
- Administration experience with Microsoft 365.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Strong written and spoken German, plus good English skills.
- Independent, well-structured, and solution-focused working style.
- Sense of responsibility, commitment, and team spirit.
