Job Summary

This role supports logistics activities by ensuring that engines, modules, parts, tools and consumables are moved and stored accurately and on time. The position works closely with internal teams and external vendors while keeping operations cost-effective and compliant with aviation shipping requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments
• Work with freight forwarders, transport providers and internal stakeholders to ensure deliveries arrive on schedule
• Identify, escalate and help resolve shipment delays, transport disruptions and delivery mismatches
• Manage import and export paperwork, customs filings and other regulatory documents in line with aviation and government rules
• Ensure warehouse and logistics activities follow OPMs, SOPs, safety procedures and quality expectations
• Keep SAP ERP/WMS records accurate for receipts, stock movements and dispatches
• Maintain logistics records for audit readiness and compliance purposes
• Compile monthly reports covering logistics cost, delivery performance and KPI results
• Review logistics data and patterns to find process improvements and opportunities to lower costs
• Assist in rolling out new systems, workflows and operational improvements

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline
• Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, ideally in aerospace, manufacturing or other regulated industries
• Knowledge of aviation compliance requirements such as EASA or CAAS is an added advantage
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and SAP ERP/WMS platforms
• Strong planning, troubleshooting and communication abilities
• Careful, accurate and self-driven in day-to-day work
• Able to handle multiple priorities and stay effective in a fast-moving environment
• Solid understanding of supply chain, warehousing and inventory processes
