Your role

In this position, you will support a wide range of HR activities and act as a hands-on partner for managers and employees. The role is based in Unterhaching, Bavaria and is a full-time on-site opportunity.

  • Advise and coach managers and employees on everyday HR matters and case-related questions.
  • Maintain the HR system, gastromatic, and ensure employee data stays accurate and useful.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes so team members start and leave in a respectful, well-structured way.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment references, contracts, and reports.
  • Contribute to HR projects by helping shape and implement new ideas and processes.
  • Support preparatory payroll work and make sure the necessary numbers and data are in order.

What you bring

You should have a background in HR-related training or studies, along with a strong interest in people-focused work. Initial exposure to HR through student work or similar experience is welcome but not mandatory. Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, especially if you can stay organized in busy situations.

  • Training or studies with an HR focus, or equivalent self-built experience in the field.
  • Ideally some first exposure to Human Resources, for example through student employment.
  • Helpful background in hospitality or gastronomy is an advantage.
  • Initial experience in end-to-end employee support is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust.
  • A solution-focused mindset and willingness to act as a reliable partner for leadership.
  • Good organizational skills, independence, and comfort with varied HR topics.
  • Very good German and English skills for both written and spoken communication.
