Pakistan Tobacco Company invites applications for the role of Junior HR Business Partner specializing in Industrial Relations and Operations located in Jhelum, Pakistan.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage Talent Management activities, including overseeing performance evaluations, succession plans, learning and development initiatives, workforce planning, and employee relations matters.
- Plan and implement employee engagement and organizational health surveys at the manufacturing plant; ensure timely execution and follow-up on corrective measures.
- Collaborate closely with business leadership to execute HR strategies that enhance organizational capabilities.
- Support the Industrial Relations Manager by executing IR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, facilitating grievance resolutions, and fostering positive employee relations.
- Maintain accurate personnel records within SuccessFactors; update employee information and organizational charts promptly and generate necessary HR reports and analytics.
- Coordinate talent assessments, internal staff movements, and development programs in partnership with regional HR counterparts.
- Assist in managing HR budgets and guarantee adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2 to 3 years of experience within HR Business Partnering focusing on Talent Management and/or Industrial Relations, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
- Holds at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experienced user of SuccessFactors or similar ERP systems with strong HR data handling and reporting capabilities; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills and stakeholder management aptitude; able to autonomously manage administrative tasks and resolve related issues.
- Demonstrates initiative, accountability, team spirit, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local labor legislation is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Jhelum.
