Role overview

We are seeking an early-career HR professional who is enthusiastic about numbers, process improvement, and technology-enabled solutions. In this position, you will join the Total Rewards team and help strengthen how compensation and rewards work through analysis, automation, and AI-driven ideas. The role suits someone who enjoys turning business needs into practical, scalable solutions and can combine analytical thinking with programming knowledge, especially in Python and Java.

What you will do

  • Assist with compensation reviews, benchmarking exercises, and reporting related to rewards
  • Spot opportunities to streamline Total Rewards workflows with data-based improvements and automation
  • Help create and refine HR-focused AI solutions alongside the team
  • Apply programming and analytical tools to support automation efforts and make recurring analyses more efficient
  • Contribute to models, prototypes, dashboards, reports, and other digital tools for Total Rewards initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with colleagues from HR, technology, and related teams to support innovation

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification, in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar discipline
  • A strong curiosity for analytical, mathematical, and tech-oriented problem solving
  • Foundational to strong programming ability in Python and Java
  • Interest in automation, digital transformation, and using AI in HR processes
  • The ability to think conceptually and turn ideas into workable solutions
  • Genuine interest in compensation, benefits, and wider Total Rewards topics
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Any initial exposure through internships, university projects, or relevant coursework in analytics, coding, or digital work would be beneficial

What you can expect

This role offers a strong entry point into Total Rewards at the intersection of HR, analytics, and technology. You will build practical experience in compensation and benefits while developing your technical and analytical capabilities in a collaborative, future-focused environment.
