About the Program

SAP Fioneer is inviting graduates to join its L.I.F.T. program, a career launchpad designed to build expertise in financial services technology. The program combines the scale and credibility of the SAP ecosystem with the speed, autonomy, and growth mindset of a fast-moving startup environment.

From the outset, participants work on real client-facing and product-related assignments that contribute to meaningful outcomes. The role is structured to help you learn quickly, gain practical experience, and become productive within the first three months.

What You’ll Do

You will support financial services clients in improving speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital business innovation, cloud-based solutions, and end-to-end banking and insurance process support. Working alongside your team, you will help implement innovative software offerings and ensure customers’ business models are strengthened through consulting support.

Over time, you will deepen your understanding of both SAP Fioneer products and customer processes, building the foundation to grow into a strong specialist.

Requirements

The role is open to candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or Finance.

Applicants should bring strong analytical ability, including quantitative thinking and sound business judgement, along with a structured, logically rigorous approach to problem-solving. Clear communication is important, especially the ability to persuade and influence others.

The ideal candidate is motivated by achievement, eager to build solutions, and comfortable with an entrepreneurial way of working.

Interest in at least one of the following areas is required: Retail Banking, SME Banking, Transaction Banking, Payments and Cards, Retail Lending including Asset Finance and Mortgages, Commercial Banking, C4B, Embedded Finance, Bank Finance, Credit Risk Management, Insurance Finance, or insurance topics such as P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, Sales & Commission Management, and Insurance Management.

Prior exposure to consulting or product development is considered a plus, and candidates are encouraged to demonstrate their abilities with a practical example or demo.
