Role Overview
As part of Debenhams Group’s ongoing transformation, an opportunity has opened for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Karen Millen creative team. This role involves collaborating closely with the broader creative and design teams to produce high-quality content across multiple channels. You will work on a wide variety of everyday and creative projects supporting the brand’s visual identity alongside the brand, marketing, and digital teams. The position is based at the central London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to produce routine design materials punctually and to a high standard.
- Work together with the Head of Creative and design team to conceptualize and execute graphic deliverables.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, acting as a brand custodian.
- Assist in creating assets for sporadic and seasonal initiatives such as press events and direct mail campaigns.
- Help evolve the creative style to ensure Karen Millen remains a leader in design excellence.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
