About the Role

Réalisation Par is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor based at its Los Angeles headquarters to join their Creative Team. This position offers an opportunity to support the team by designing and editing creative content across multiple media including digital, social, email, web, print, and video. The position reports directly to the Graphic Designer and collaborates closely with the Influencer & Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create graphic assets for social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, email marketing campaigns, paid advertisements, website content, and other digital channels.
  • Develop campaign graphics, launch visuals, and promotional creatives, ensuring consistent brand representation.
  • Resize and adapt designs to suit various formats and platforms.
  • Retouch photographs for social media, web, email, and marketing materials while preserving the brand’s sophisticated look.
  • Prepare images for campaigns, e-commerce sites, and editorial use with proper finalization.
  • Design presentations, internal documents, and creative decks.
  • Prepare artwork for print production including posters, signage, and retail materials.
  • Maintain well-organized creative files and asset libraries.
  • Edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and paid social media.
  • Create campaign-specific video cutdowns from existing footage.
  • Edit influencer and community-generated video content for both owned and paid channels.
  • Incorporate basic titles, transitions, and motion graphics as necessary.
  • Export and optimize video content for multiple distribution platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with Brand Director, Graphic Designer, and Influencer & Community Manager to ensure all creative outputs align with the Réalisation Par brand aesthetic.
  • Keep updated on trends in fashion, photography, design, and social media.
  • Contribute creative ideas that support campaigns, product launches, and brand narratives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • About two years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional skills in design, typography, and retouching.
  • Advanced expertise in Photoshop, particularly high-end image retouching.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience editing short videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and paid social media campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and composition principles.
  • Experience designing creative assets across digital, social media, email, and web platforms.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for fashion, photography, and visual culture.

Additional Desired Skills

  • Experience in Adobe After Effects and creating motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of preparing artwork for printing.
  • Familiarity with Figma design software.
