Job description

Position Overview

The Junior Creative Designer plays an important role on the creative team, helping turn brand narratives into engaging visuals for both online and offline channels. This opportunity suits a driven, detail-focused designer who enjoys visual storytelling, values clean layout and typography, and wants to build skills in a busy multi-brand setting.

Partnering with marketing and creative colleagues, this role supports campaign production, branded collateral, social media assets, and internal communications. It also offers practical exposure to design systems, production workflows, and creative operations. Alongside daily design support, the position includes ownership of smaller marketing and operational projects, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys both hands-on design work and coordinated project delivery.

Creative Execution

  • Create and adapt visual materials for digital and print use, such as signage, social posts, email graphics, presentations, flyers, and internal communication pieces.
  • Resize and format assets for different placements and channels while preserving brand consistency and following established guidelines across multiple brands.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to collect input, incorporate revisions, and complete deliverables within deadlines.
  • Organize files, prepare production-ready artwork, and maintain asset libraries to keep creative workflows efficient.
  • Keep up with current design trends and brand best practices to strengthen visual storytelling and improve creative quality.

Program Support

  • Assist with planning and execution of small marketing and operational programs, including fundraising efforts, regional campaign activations, and promotional giveaway or swag initiatives.
  • Manage schedules, logistics, and deliverables to help assigned programs run smoothly.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, monitor progress, and share status updates as needed.
  • Support light reporting and document program outcomes for team review and process improvement.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a creative, design, or production role with a track record of producing high-quality work across digital and print formats.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with the ability to produce polished assets that stay on brand.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, plus Microsoft Teams and project tracking platforms like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the flexibility to handle competing deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for sharing ideas, accepting feedback, and collaborating effectively with different teams.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards to ensure accurate, production-ready creative output.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for learning new tools, techniques, and processes.
