Overview

Role and Responsibilities
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will craft visual brand touchpoints spanning packaging, product pages, to marketing and eCommerce campaign assets. Supporting the Creative Team in daily asset production, you ensure campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives go live promptly, flawlessly, and consistently with brand identity. This role offers continuous learning about performance-driven design in a fast-evolving D2C environment.
- Design assets for digital platforms including social ads, landing pages, newsletters, banners, and performance creatives, plus adaptations for various channels and formats.
- Create product graphics, infographics, and product display gallery content for the online shop.
- Assist in packaging design development, preparing print data, and managing technical requirements from manufacturers and printers.
- Bring product visualizations, renderings, and simple motion and video assets to life using your skills.
- Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and product management teams to efficiently implement briefs, ensuring brand consistency and orderly asset and design system management.
- Leverage modern design and AI tools daily to enhance creativity and process efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Completed studies or training in graphic, communication, media, or product design—or equivalent practical experience.
- Possess initial relevant work experience with a compelling portfolio; prior experience in packaging design is advantageous.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of motion design, video editing, renderings, or AI-assisted creative tools is beneficial.
- Demonstrate structured, meticulous working habits, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Have an innate sensitivity to branding, aesthetics, and consistent design; show curiosity, eagerness to learn, and motivation to develop in brand and packaging design fields.
- Reside in Hamburg or surrounding areas, or be willing to work regularly on-site in Hamburg-Altona.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
