About the role
This position is for a Junior Graphic Designer who can bring fresh ideas and polished visuals to a variety of digital, web, and print projects. You will partner closely with the marketing team to create design work that clearly communicates the brand and supports outreach efforts. The role suits someone with strong design software abilities, a sharp sense of visual style, and enthusiasm for building engaging content while developing their career in a supportive team setting.
Key responsibilities
- Create visual assets for online channels such as websites, landing pages, social media, email marketing, and other digital campaigns.
- Develop print-ready artwork for brochures, flyers, posters, and advertising materials.
- Use industry-standard design tools and modern web design platforms to produce professional-quality graphics.
- Apply core web design principles, including responsive layouts, user experience, usability, and accessibility.
- Work with the marketing team to interpret briefs, branding rules, and creative direction.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming and concept-development discussions.
- Keep design files, creative assets, and project records organized and easy to access.
- Finalize artwork for both web publication and print output.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate to maintain quality and consistency across projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design; internships and freelance assignments may be counted.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of web design and responsive design tools such as Wix EditorX, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates visual quality, web design ability, and attention to detail across digital and print work.
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle feedback, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with a careful eye for detail and originality.
