Job description
About the role
We are looking for a Junior FP&A professional to support the Group’s financial direction through budgeting, forecasting, consolidated reporting, and performance analysis. This position contributes to clearer management visibility by turning financial data into actionable insights that support strategic choices and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Take part in the preparation of budgets and forecasts across the profit and loss statement, cash flow, and working capital.
- Build the consolidated monthly reporting package and explain variances between actuals, budget, and forecast.
- Review subsidiary performance and highlight areas where results can be improved.
- Track key operational and commercial indicators such as sell-in, sell-out, margins, and retail performance.
- Create presentation decks and KPI materials for the Executive Committee and Board.
- Work with local finance teams to gather financial data and verify its accuracy and consistency.
- Help enhance reporting processes and strengthen financial modelling tools and methods.
Profile and competencies
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Audit, Management Control, or from a business school. They should bring 1 to 3 years of experience in transaction services, audit, or FP&A, including internships and apprenticeship experience. Strong Excel capability and a solid command of financial modelling are required, along with fluent English suited to an international environment. The role also calls for strong analytical thinking, a structured problem-solving mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, energetic attitude.
Nice to have
- Experience in luxury, beauty, or perfumery is an advantage.
- Knowledge of an additional language, especially French, Arabic, or another language, is appreciated.
- Exposure to a Big 4 audit firm is a plus.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and new IT solutions would be beneficial.
