Role Overview

As a Junior Stylist at Dazzles Studio, you will play a crucial role beyond styling — you will create memorable experiences, foster strong client relationships, and smoothly manage styling opportunities with emotional intelligence and professionalism. Your mission is to ensure every client feels acknowledged, valued, and celebrated through your styling expertise and interpersonal skills.

Key Duties

• Participate in grooming checks and contribute to visual merchandising efforts.
• Assist in preparing client trial rooms and service areas under the mentorship of Senior Stylists.
• Familiarize yourself with client needs by reviewing briefs and observing senior stylists.
• Support client hosting, organize trials, and manage product handling during styling stages.
• Begin independently managing clients with straightforward styling requirements.
• Maintain the studio environment, uphold grooming standards, and deliver polished service etiquette during client interactions.
• After client sessions, submit service notes to Senior Stylists or Catalysts to record outcomes.
• Engage in daily reflections to identify successes and areas requiring improvement.
• Demonstrate readiness for advancement by actively taking ownership of on-floor responsibilities.

• Strictly adhere to the DAZZLES grooming code and appearance standards at all times.
• Exhibit a positive, client-focused approach that fosters solutions and internal team support.
• Ensure Quantum Sheets reports are completed punctually, with accuracy and meaningful insights.
