Job description
Overview
We are launching a new opportunity at our Kassel location for a full-time Junior Disponent in the Handwerker-Service division. The position can also be filled part-time based on mutual agreement and suitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Recording and scheduling repair requirements from tenants and internal departments, assessing required services, and generating the related maintenance orders.
- Assigning maintenance orders to craftsmen using system support.
- Identifying and procuring materials and tools as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with scheduling guidelines, thorough processing, and auditing of orders and invoices.
- Periodic reporting to facilitate improvements and optimizations, including preparation of evaluations and statistics.
Candidate Profile
- Successful completion of commercial vocational training combined with a practical handwerker (craftsman) background.
- Familiarity with workflows across multiple trades and initial practical experience in this field, ideally with exposure to the housing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP systems.
- Strong holistic thinking, self-management skills, eagerness to learn, service orientation, flexibility, resilience, and solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational abilities along with innovation orientation, teamwork, conflict management, communication, and feedback skills.
