This position is based in Munich, in the heart of Schwabing. It is designed for someone who already has around one year of experience in any area of online marketing and wants to grow further in performance marketing. The agency provides structured training from the ground up, with close guidance from experienced colleagues.

What you'll work on

• Supporting the creation of marketing campaigns and contributing to their ongoing optimization.
• Gradually taking ownership of client accounts and progressing toward independent management of real brands.
• Developing client accounts strategically and moving from an execution-focused role into a trusted advisory partner.

Profile needed

• Approximately one year of professional experience in online marketing; the specific subfield is not important.
• A careful and self-driven working style, along with a genuine interest in working with numbers and performance data.
• Residence in Munich or willingness to relocate there, plus very strong German language skills.
