About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Designer to be an integral part of our expanding creative team. The position involves crafting high-quality visuals including static images, videos, and motion graphics tailored for diverse client needs. From day one, you'll engage hands-on, collaborating with designers and strategists to refine both your technical proficiencies and your ability to create impactful, performance-driven design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create static, video, and motion graphic assets aligned with various client briefs.
• Adhere to established brand guidelines while injecting innovative and fresh design perspectives.
• Collaborate closely with senior creative staff through brainstorming sessions and feedback reviews.
• Present design concepts effectively and embrace feedback constructively to enhance outputs.
• Manage multiple active projects efficiently with rapid iteration cycles.
• Maintain an active interest in design trends, experiment with new tools, and share inspirations within the team.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a robust portfolio demonstrating versatility in static and/or motion design work.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or equivalent software.
• Exhibit genuine enthusiasm for design and understanding its impact on business goals.
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset with resilience to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced project environments.
• High attention to detail across all client-facing deliverables.
• Ability to work collaboratively and confidently contribute ideas within a team context.
