Key responsibilities
- Manage the demand planning process for selected SKUs and customer channels across ANZ.
- Run monthly forecasting cycles and include input from Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Compare forecasted demand with actual performance, explain gaps, and suggest corrective actions.
- Work with supply and inventory planning teams to support product availability and balanced stock levels.
- Monitor forecast accuracy measures and help drive continuous improvement in planning performance.
- Review demand drivers such as trends, promotions, seasonality, and new product launches when building plans.
- Support S&OP activities by preparing data-backed insights and forecast inputs on time.
- Coordinate with commercial teams on customer and retailer planning requirements.
- Help improve planning tools, reporting processes, and overall operational efficiency.
- Produce weekly and monthly forecast and reporting packs.
- Analyze historical sales, POS information, and promotion activity to shape future demand assumptions.
- Identify risks and upside opportunities so supply responses can be planned ahead of time.
- Support master data accuracy, system cleanup, and planning process optimization.
- Act as the forecasting lead for specific product categories or customer segments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in demand planning, ideally within CPG or consumer healthcare.
- Strong analytical capability and a sharp eye for detail.
- Hands-on experience with planning tools and ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, and Excel.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well across teams.
- Comfort working in a lean environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Preferred: experience in sexual wellness, lifestyle, or personal care categories.
- Preferred: familiarity with POS data analysis and retailer-specific forecasting.
- Preferred: understanding of S&OP or IBP processes.
- Preferred: entrepreneurial, practical, and willing to take ownership in a hands-on setting.
