About the role
The LADstudios Originals team is looking for a Junior Creative Producer to join its entertainment slate. The studio is an award-winning production team behind popular formats including Snack Wars, Agree to Disagree, Honesty Box and Minutes With.
This position suits someone who is highly engaged with celebrity and creator culture, can juggle multiple priorities, and is comfortable working to tight deadlines.
What you'll do

- Investigate celebrity culture, creator culture and wider popular trends in depth.
- Create detailed research packs covering trending topics, themes and new episode ideas.
- Contribute ideas to the development team, including new segment and format suggestions.
- Help with edits, review final cuts and cover editing suites when producers are away on shoots.
- Attend shoots in a supportive role, with the aim of eventually running shoots independently.
- Work with the YouTube Channel Manager to improve thumbnails and packaging after release.
- Assist with talent research, fact-checking and finding strong viral angles.
- Partner with social teams to identify trends that can be adapted into YouTube episodes or short-form cutdowns.
- Collaborate with talent teams to spot emerging talent and with internal PR to help promote formats.
- Track internet trends, major talent moments and reactive opportunities for inclusion in the development pipeline.
Experience and skills
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Creative Producer in digital content.
- Strong knowledge of the current celebrity and creator landscape.
- Solid understanding of YouTube and social media platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a hands-on approach.
- Some background in edit producing or direct exposure to it.
- Strong enthusiasm for making high-impact entertainment content.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the UK for shoots when needed.
