Role Overview

We are seeking an inventive, motivated, and AI-fluent Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead HelloDuty's content development and social media engagement. This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Kilimani, Nairobi. You will collaborate directly with the founder to produce captivating content that highlights our products, shares customer success stories, and positions HelloDuty as a front-runner in AI and customer experience innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the content strategy and maintain the company's social media channels.
• Plan, film, edit, and release short-form video content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X.
• Create content calendars, draft compelling copy, and design simple graphics to support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor community interaction, promptly respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience actively.
• Track content effectiveness, discern trends, experiment with new formats, and continually optimize content to boost brand visibility, audience growth, and lead generation.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience producing interactive content for major social media platforms.
• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent skills in copywriting, storytelling, and strategic content planning.
• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses with a consistent posting routine.
• Capability to shoot and edit quality product demonstrations, tutorial videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or ElevenLabs.
• Basic graphic design abilities using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Insight into social media algorithms, audience engagement tactics, and analytics interpretation.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management competencies.
• Self-driven, imaginative, and adept at working in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or technology sector companies is highly preferred.
• A portfolio exhibiting prior content creation and video editing projects is mandatory.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary of 30,000 KSh. This role suits junior-level content creators or early-career professionals passionate about video production, digital marketing, and social media growth, eager to develop and advance with a rapidly evolving tech firm.
