About Avencore and the Role

Gain valuable hands-on experience in management consulting with Avencore, a leading international consulting firm. If you're pursuing a master's degree and eager to understand how consulting functions in industrial sectors, this internship offers you active involvement in diverse projects from day one. You will assist consultants and obtain deep insights into B2B consulting.

Responsibilities

• Support consultants in various client projects across multiple industries including aerospace, energy, consumer goods, mechanical engineering, and automotive.
• Conduct analysis of business models, operational processes, and cost structures.
• Contribute to designing practical, data-driven optimization strategies.
• Gain exposure to innovative technologies, products, and global industrial projects.
• Collaborate within agile, small teams at client sites, the office, or in hybrid settings.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

• Above-average academic performance in a master's program focused on engineering or related fields such as industrial engineering at a technical university.
• Excellent command of German and English languages at C1/C2 proficiency levels.
• Strong technical comprehension paired with interest in business contexts.
• Ability to quickly understand, organize, and solve complex problems efficiently.
