Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative support for a portfolio consisting of investment funds and corporate clients.
- Coordinate and facilitate board, committee, and shareholder meetings effectively.
- Prepare essential meeting documentation including board packs, agendas, and governance-related materials.
- Draft official meeting minutes and formulate written resolutions.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records accurately.
- Assist in preparing and filing regulatory and statutory documents as required.
- Interact directly with a variety of stakeholders such as clients, company directors, fund administrators, and legal professionals.
- Support ongoing governance projects as well as corporate transactions and incorporations.
