Role overview

This opportunity is for someone with some grounding in company secretarial work, corporate administration, or financial services who wants to develop a long-term career in the funds sector. You will join a respected governance and corporate services firm that is expanding its Dublin team. The position offers direct involvement with investment funds and their boards, giving you practical exposure to governance, company secretarial, and corporate services work while strengthening your technical skills in a supportive setting.

Key duties

  • Provide support across a portfolio of investment fund and corporate clients.
  • Help arrange board, committee, and shareholder meetings.
  • Prepare board packs, agendas, and other governance-related documents.
  • Draft meeting minutes and written resolutions.
  • Keep statutory registers and company records up to date.
  • Assist with regulatory and statutory submissions.
  • Communicate with clients, directors, fund administrators, legal professionals, and other relevant parties.
  • Support transactions, incorporations, and wider governance projects.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of experience in company secretarial work, corporate administration, funds, financial services, or a similar environment. You should be organised, detail-focused, and confident in managing multiple tasks accurately.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, along with the ability to build productive working relationships. An interest in corporate governance and the funds industry is essential, as is a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
