Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor cloud infrastructure, including system health, performance, security, and uptime.
- Deliver first-level operational support by addressing alerts and resolving routine infrastructure incidents reliably.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Execute routine operational tasks such as health checks, patching, deployments, and basic system administration.
- Adhere strictly to operational procedures, incident management protocols, and security best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and runbooks for efficient knowledge sharing.
- Engage actively in learning and contribute to cloud initiatives involving automation and digital transformation.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, Infrastructure, Cloud roles, or equivalent technical education.
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux operating systems, networking concepts, and cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical thinking ability combined with a proactive eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Effective communication skills paired with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
- A strong sense of curiosity and desire to explore new technologies.
- Proficiency in English at a fluent level.
