Role Overview
As a Junior Change & Training Manager, you will support transformation programs to facilitate change readiness. Your work will merge organization, leadership, and communication to ensure strategic initiatives are comprehended, embraced, and implemented in daily operations. This role emphasizes impactful change management by providing orientation, highlighting tensions, and assisting leadership through transformation challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change and transformation strategies within SAP and IT programs
- Support leaders and teams during change processes
- Translate strategic visions into clear, accessible communication
- Design, prepare, and facilitate workshops, dialogue, and decision-making sessions
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess organizational dynamics and interests
- Create and maintain communication, change, and enablement roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with project and program management teams
Candidate Profile
- Completed studies in fields such as Business Psychology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Professional experience in change management, transformation, or consulting environments
- Alternatively, project or consulting experience with significant focus on communication and organizational work
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Interest in SAP and IT transformations; prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Structured and reliable work style with strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel for projects approximately 25% of the time
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and confident handling of dynamic and uncertain situations
