Role Overview

This position is centered on handling car-buying activities at a mall kiosk. The role involves meeting sellers, assessing used vehicles, negotiating prices, managing documentation, and helping the team achieve purchase and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the mall kiosk as the main contact point for people interested in selling their used vehicles.
• Identify and source quality pre-owned cars from mall visitors.
• Discuss and negotiate pricing with sellers to reach fair agreements.
• Prepare and finish all required purchase documents and paperwork.
• Deliver a professional and helpful customer experience to car sellers.
• Work with internal teams to support buying targets and gross profit objectives.
• Stay informed about market movement and pricing patterns to make sound buying decisions.

Requirements

• A university, diploma, or college qualification, or an equivalent background.
• Two to three years of experience in used car purchasing.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
• Capability to work on your own and manage transactions from beginning to end.
• Understanding of the local car market and pricing trends.
• Authentic interest in automobiles and customer service.
