About the Company

123ink.gr is a prominent multinational firm specializing in consumables and technology distribution. We are currently seeking a Junior Buyer to join our purchasing team located in Egaleo, Attica.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing inventory controls and placing orders with suppliers.
• Identifying and evaluating potential new suppliers and products.
• Overseeing deliveries and resolving any outstanding issues.
• Collaborating closely with the Sales and Customer Experience departments to enhance product promotion.
• Tracking market trends and developing new proposals accordingly.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar buying or procurement capacity.
• Strong command of English language.
• Proficient use of ERP software environments.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• A university degree, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
