Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opening for a Junior Business Development Associate in Coimbatore. The role is suited to freshers who are interested in student outreach, lead conversion, admissions support, and customer relationship building across the education domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective students and customers through calls and messages.
• Present course offerings, training programs, and the value they provide.
• Assess customer needs and recommend the most appropriate learning options.
• Track interested leads and work toward converting them into enrollments.
• Develop and nurture positive relationships with students and parents.
• Work with internal teams to support admissions and onboarding activities.
• Respond to customer questions and ensure timely assistance.
