Junior Business Controller / Business Analyst / Sales and Logistics Analyst (m/w/d)

Position Summary

We are seeking to strengthen our team in Neubrandenburg with a full-time Junior Business Controller / Business Analyst / Sales and Logistics Analyst position (39 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate ad hoc evaluations, analyses, and reports with corresponding data preparation and visualization.
• Prepare data foundations and control parameters for management.
• Collaborate with leadership on upstream and downstream processes.
• Perform weekly and monthly controlling tasks for different departments, including logistics and sales.
• Maintain, enhance, and develop the reporting system continuously.

Candidate Profile

• Commercial training with professional experience in controlling or a completed business administration degree, ideally focused on controlling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and macros; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience in analyzing and preparing key performance indicators.
• Strong affinity for numbers, analytical skills, and a structured, recipient-oriented working style.
• Good German communication skills (level C1 expected) and good command of English or other languages.
• Enthusiasm for developing new processes from the outset.
