Job description

About Prokuras Group

Prokuras is a Germany-wide corporate group focused on real estate and facility management. Since its founding in 2023, the group has grown steadily through succession solutions and partnership-driven acquisitions as part of a buy-and-build strategy, and now includes more than 500 employees across its companies.

Based in Hamburg, the holding company supports its subsidiaries and employees in handling both everyday and larger operational challenges. The modern office, located next to the Hamburger Deichtorhallen opposite HafenCity, is designed to provide an inspiring environment where you can feel comfortable and make the most of your potential.

To help steer and expand the group’s growth in a structured way, the company is looking for a committed Business Analyst to join the Finance team at the holding company as soon as possible.

What you will do

  • Review the financial and operational performance of the group’s companies, spot opportunities to improve, and create clear visibility into key business developments.
  • Own the rolling forecast based on the latest business trends and contribute to reliable company planning and control.
  • Act as a sounding board for the managing directors of the subsidiaries and support them with commercial and financial decision-making.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and decision documents for management and investors, and translate them into practical recommendations.
  • Drive the further development of finance systems and processes, using modern tools and AI-enabled approaches to continuously improve analysis and workflows.

What the role calls for

  • A successfully completed degree and some initial professional experience.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with confidence in analysing data and presenting it in a clear and compelling way.
  • Very good analytical thinking, an eye for connections, and the ability to zoom in on details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • A high level of initiative, a solution-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to drive topics independently and deliver results.
  • Confident, down-to-earth communication, a practical hands-on approach, and resilience in a fast-moving work environment.

Benefits and working setup

  • A competitive salary package with additional benefits to make your start easier.
  • Strong opportunities for professional and personal growth so you can develop your potential and advance your career.
  • A modern, cooperative team environment that supports both your personal and professional development.
  • A contemporary office near the Deichtorhallen and Hamburg HafenCity, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
  • Access to a range of exclusive employee benefits.

Additional information

This position is based in Hamburg and is intended to support the Finance function of the holding company. The role is offered full-time and is primarily on-site, with limited home-office flexibility. The employer values independent work, strong communication, and a practical mindset.

Applications are invited from candidates who are eager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic group, work closely with leadership teams, and help improve financial planning, analysis, and digital finance processes.
