Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional service at AIDA bars, preparing cocktails and beverages according to established AIDA standards.
- Advise guests on drink selections while maintaining a friendly and charming sales approach.
- Conduct daily setup and cleanup activities related to bar mise en place.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience working behind a cocktail bar, preferably with formal training in hotel and hospitality management.
- Good command of the English language combined with a strong service and sales orientation.
- Excellent communication abilities, teamwork skills, and a neat personal appearance.
