About JHC Consulting and the Role

JHC Consulting is a firm offering independent advisory services to industry leaders, board members, and chief executives. Currently, we are supporting a Singaporean financial services client in their substantial operational expansion by analyzing intricate regulatory and strategic information and generating clear written recommendations. We are looking for a Junior Automation Specialist to join our advisory team remotely, focusing on developing technical workflows that ensure precise data management and accurate reporting, bridging technical logic with professional writing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and sustain automated processes to import and format client data.
Create and update scripting solutions to automate repetitive data validation tasks.
Document the technical details and functions of each automation project clearly.
Work closely with senior analysts to guarantee automation outputs meet rigorous accuracy standards.
Oversee cloud-based tools to confirm error-free processing of client information.
Enhance internal databases to support ongoing research objectives.
Help convert raw quantitative datasets into formatted textual content for formal reports.

Candidate Profile and Skills

A bachelor’s degree or comparable coursework in computer science, statistics, or another logical discipline is preferred.
Basic experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Familiarity with automation tools or API integration through educational projects or internships.
Strong capability to write clearly and concisely on technical matters.
Meticulous attention to data consistency and detail in audits.
Comfortable working remotely using asynchronous communication and related tools.
Inclination towards designing durable, long-term technical solutions rather than short-lived fixes.
