What you will do

You will work on real client engagements across different industries, supporting end-to-end digital transformation efforts that affect business, technology, processes, and people. In a small consulting team of around 3 to 5 people, you’ll help gather and analyze information, test assumptions, build recommendations, and communicate findings to client leadership. You’ll also help put recommendations into action with client-side teams.

The role includes working directly with a range of stakeholders, from data owners and users to senior executives, to understand needs and create meaningful analytics solutions. You may travel to client sites to present findings, collect information, and exchange knowledge. You’ll contribute to cross-functional problem-solving, deliver presentations to both clients and colleagues, and convert business challenges into analytical problems that can be modeled and measured.

As part of the broader Tech & AI practice, you’ll collaborate on work spanning AI-led transformation, strategy, agile ways of working, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and IT modernization. You may also work across functions such as operations, strategy, corporate finance, marketing, and sales.
