Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed execution plans and construction details for demanding interior architecture and architectural projects, particularly focusing on existing buildings. You will interpret client requirements and transform their briefs into a coherent design language. Ensuring compliance with construction laws, norms, and technical guidelines is essential, while optimizing designs for sustainability, functionality, and cost-effectiveness. You will actively support project management and the team through your expertise and dedication.

Qualifications

  • You hold a relevant academic or professional degree and possess at least 1-2 years of professional experience in Germany.
  • You have strong skills in execution and detailed planning, particularly in renovations or existing structures. You are familiar with construction processes, planning workflows, norms, and local authorities' requirements.
  • Your working style is responsible, precise, and well-structured, with a keen design sense combined with technical and constructive knowledge.
  • You are proactive, communicative, and contribute to shaping the office culture and work methods with an interdisciplinary mindset.
  • You are proficient in ArchiCad (2D and 3D). Experience with BIM, Creative Adobe Suite, and MS Office is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills are required.
