Job Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Architect to take charge of designing, planning, and managing residential real estate development projects. The role involves producing architectural drawings, liaising with consultants and on-site teams, ensuring that all designs comply with applicable regulations, and delivering projects adhering to quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create architectural concepts, layouts, and in-depth working drawings.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to develop and assess plans.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape, and various other consultants.
- Ensure all architectural designs meet local building codes, Development Control Regulations (DCR), and statutory requirements.
- Evaluate consultant drawings and address any design-related challenges.
- Work closely with site execution teams to facilitate the implementation of designs.
- Perform site inspections to assess work quality and confirm conformity with approved plans.
- Support the process of obtaining government permits and approvals.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specify materials, and develop design presentations.
- Maintain adherence to project timelines for all design deliverables.
