Job Overview

This role requires a skilled Junior Architect with over four years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate projects, based in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural planning and execution for large-scale residential townships, commercial projects, and apartment developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning and execution for large residential township, commercial, and apartment projects.
• Oversee end-to-end design coordination with consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Review architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and execution details.
• Ensure all designs comply with statutory regulations, approvals, and local building codes.
• Drive design improvements to optimize cost and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Coordinate activities across multiple projects, including necessary site visits within Bangalore and nearby areas.
• Mentor the internal architectural teams to uphold quality standards across projects.
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning and project execution decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in commercial real estate architecture.
• Strong expertise in project execution, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites within Bangalore and its surroundings.
