Role Overview

This position is for individuals interested in evolving into roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager within the IT sector. It emphasizes collaborative work with stakeholders to internalize business objectives, managing product backlogs, and employing Agile methodologies to drive impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals and project scopes through clear documentation and communication tools.
• Lead discovery phases via workshops and interviews to refine product visions and strategies.
• Balance and manage stakeholder requirements and expectations, negotiating when necessary.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary development teams to realize product objectives within planned timelines.
• Apply Agile principles such as INVEST and vertical slicing to develop valuable solutions.
• Prepare and oversee product documentation, including epics, user stories, models, user flows, and wireframes.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively, accounting for estimations and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress using performance indicators like story points and velocity charts.
• Assist development teams by designing acceptance criteria, coordinating user acceptance testing, and providing feedback.
• Contribute actively to the company culture, fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Interest in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager in IT.
• Desirable experience includes understanding Agile software development, facilitating stakeholder decisions, visual modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML), prototyping methods (wireframes, storyboarding), and using project management tools like Jira or Trello.
